Credit card and ID required to check in. The hotel will place a hold on the card for incidentals which is fully released upon checkout. Debit cards also ok, as long as it is a major debit card. PREPAID CARDS NOT ACCEPTED! The hold will be $100 per night, up to $500 max (5 nights or more). Since this is a residential tower and not a full service hotel, extra towels, linens, and maid services are provided at an additional cost. For weekend or holiday bookings, one extra set of towels or linens will be provided upon request. Paid valet parking also available ($20 as of 12/24/24)

Elad was a fantastic host. The place was clean and comfortable. He was very responsive as well. We had some issues checking in, and he was quick at responding to resolve it. I would highly recommend staying here.

I was looking for something off but not away from the Strip. This was the perfect fit. Very clean and comfortable linear studio condo. Comfortable bed with a large sectional couch for lounging. The fold out bed came in handy. I liked the large balcony with an amazing view of the strip, especially at night. Elad is an amazing host. Accommodating and not only responsive but proactively checking in to make sure things are going well.
